Yes, all apartments are equipped with premium bed linen, towels, slippers, and complimentary toiletries. Linen and towels are provided exclusively for use within the accommodation and are refreshed every two days for your comfort and convenience.

Our apartments are strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and may result in an additional cleaning fee. A designated smoking area is available at the entrance of the building.

We are just a 6-minute walk from Monastiraki, 12–15 minutes from Plaka, 15–17 minutes from Syntagma, and 18–20 minutes from the Acropolis. Our location provides an ideal base for exploring the city entirely on foot.

The property is very close to Monastiraki Metro Station, approximately 350–400 metres away, or a 6-minute walk.

From Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos”, you can take the Metro, Line 3, to Monastiraki, followed by a 6-minute walk to the property. Alternatively, you can take a taxi; the journey takes approximately 40–50 minutes and covers approximately 35–40 km.

From the Port of Piraeus, Metro Line 1 reaches Monastiraki directly in approximately 17–20 minutes. By taxi, the distance is approximately 10–12 km, and the journey takes approximately 20–30 minutes.

From Larissis Railway Station, Metro Line 2 takes approximately 5–6 minutes to reach Monastiraki. By taxi, the distance is approximately 2–2.5 km, and the journey takes approximately 8–12 minutes.

We do not have private parking. However, three municipal car parks — Varvakios Market, Kotzia Square, and Klafthmonos Square — operate near the building independently of us.
